We will charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship.

We can ship your order worldwide. Please consult our Shipping Chart for rates to your address.

We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 30 days. If you receive a defective CD, DVD or Game from us, send us email at mail@cdoutlet.com to arrange an exchange or refund. All defects will be replaced with the same title. If we are out of stock, you may choose to receive credit or a refund.

We will buy most CDs, DVDs and Games.  Just email us the quantity you have and we will send the appropriate sized box.  We will be able to process your order quickly if you enclose the packing list with your shipment. You pay for the shipping.

Orders not received within 45 days of the order date will be canceled.

Payment options
Once your order is received and processed, payment will be issued based on the method you select. 

• Cash by Check – A check will be issued within 3 business days after receiving and processing your package.  The check will be sent to the address used at the time the order was created.
• Cash by PayPal – A deposit will be made to your PayPal account within 3 business days after receiving and processing your package.  The email address on your SecondSpin.com account must match the email address on your PayPal account.  NOTE:  You may be charged a processing fee by PayPal – consult your PayPal account for more information on fees.
• Credit – Online Store Credit will be issued to your cdoutlet.com account within 3 business days of receiving and processing your order.  Sorry, this credit cannot be applied to orders placed before the credit is issued.

CDs:

• Must include all liner notes
• We deduct 50¢ for each cracked, broken or missing jewel case(s)
• Disc(s) must be in good shape, discs with scratches are accepted but pricing will be lowered for these
  
• Limit of two pieces on any one title per customer.

• We CAN  and DO accept promotional, BMG, record club and cut out product.
  

DVDs:

• We currently only buy and sell DVDs marked Region 1 or 2 (US & Canada) (2-UK) or Region Free/All
• We DO NOT buy or sell DIVX discs
• Disc(s) must be in good shape (discs with scratches will be credited at a lesser value)
  
• Must come in original box
• Box must be in good condition & include any inserts that originally came with the DVD
• Limit of two pieces on any one title per customer.

• Promos or rental store product is acceptable but will be of lesser value
  

Games:

• Disc(s) must be in good shape (scratched product is acceptable at lesser pricing)
  
• Must come in original box
• Box must be in good condition & include any inserts that originally came with the game
• Limit of two pieces on any one title per customer.

• Promos or rental store product is acceptable at lesser value
  

If you send us an item that we cannot accept we will email you immediately and you can tell us if you want it shipped back or, we can trash it for you.

We reserve the right to refuse certain sell orders at our discretion.

All credits must be used within one year after the date they are issued. All unused credits older than one year will be deleted from the system.

New, Brand New, Sealed product is much more valuable than used product. Current releases are worth more than older titles.
